Tedlar®* Coated Metal Jacketing has a factory applied Tedlar®*, a 38μm (1.5-mil) PVF (Polyvinyl Fluoride) film on the exterior surface. This film is used as a long-lasting finish for surfaces exposed to harsh environments. The Tedlar®*provides corrosion protection to the metal jacketing used on pipes, tanks, and equipment insulation systems. * Tedlar is brand name of Dupont and Sealumet (or its affiliated groups) does not exercise any rights over the same.
