Description
Aluminized steel is produced by hot-dip coating process on both sides with aluminium-silicon alloy. This process assures a tight metallurgical bond between the steel substrate and its Al-Si coating, equivalent to a weight 240-270g/m2 including both sides producing final product material with a unique combination of properties.
Aluminized Steel has the following properties which makes it suitable for use as a cladding material across the oil and gas industry specially in areas of fire hazard and areas in which material is exposed to corrosive atmosphere.
